• This service includes wiping down visible surfaces such as countertops in kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room.

• Wiping exterior only of stove, refrigerator and cabinets

• Light cleaning of shower tubs, toilets, vanities and bathroom mirrors (no interior of cabinets)

• Cleaning of front window glass & sliding door glass (if applicable)

• Vacuuming of carpets & floors

• Mopping of floors

• A general cleaning service includes:

• Light cleaning of stove top, range hood, interior and exterior of refrigerator, wiping interior and exterior of cabinets, interior and exterior of microwave, and exterior of dishwasher.

  • Does not include cleaning interior of oven

• Bathroom: Light scrubbing of shower tub. Cleaning and disinfecting toilet. Cleaning of vanity, mirror, light fixtures, accessories, and cabinets.

• Dusting from top to bottom for cobwebs and dust on all areas of the unit/house

• Light wiping of all doors 

• Light dusting of blinds (no cleaning blinds)

• Cleaning of front window & sliding door glass and sills 

• Glass cleaning of all other windows interior only (does not include windowsills or any other removal of adhesives)

• Light dusting of vinyl cove-base/baseboards

• Light dusting ceiling fans (if applicable)

• Disinfecting wiping of switch-covers and light covers

• Light wiping and dusting of heaters/AC units (exterior only)

• Vacuuming of carpets and floors 

• Mopping floors

• Does not include pulling out any appliances such as stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer to mop and sweep

Note: Extra charges may apply if any surfaces require extra scrubbing due to grease and stains. Additional charges may apply due to smoke, pet hair, excessive dust, paint removal, and disassembling fixtures such as light fixtures, air vent fans, etc.

• Heavy scrubbing of stove to remove stains caused by burnt grease lingering on top of affected areas. Heavy cleaning of oven. Detailed cleaning of range hood. Detailed cleaning of refrigerator inside and out, this includes taking the inside apart to reach every area. Vacuuming the inside of cabinets to retrieve dust, hair, and food crumbs. Detailed wiping of cabinets for grease and stains. 

• Heavy scrubbing of shower tub to remove scum caused by body grease, soap and or water stains. Heavy cleaning of toilet bowl with heavy duty cleaning agents and or pumice rock. Cleaning of vanity, cabinets, light fixtures and accessories.

• Throughout unit: Heavy scrubbing and wiping of baseboards, doors, doorframes, light fixtures, switch and light covers, closets, heaters/AC units, ceiling fans, Deep cleaning of laundry machines and area.

• Sweeping and mopping behind appliances

• Vacuuming of carpets and floors 

• Mopping floors

• Cleaning of all windows, windowsills and glass inside only

• Dusting and wiping down blinds

• No walls
